1. Acceptance
By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet at jaya-9.io you agree to these terms, to the privacy policy and to the bonus terms published on the promotions page. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. You confirm you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are not a resident of a territory we exclude, and that you are not employed by JAYA9 or related to anyone who is. We may request proof of age or residence at any time and may suspend an account until it is provided.
It is your responsibility to know the law that applies to you. The legal treatment of offshore online gambling in Bangladesh is unsettled and nothing here is legal advice.
3. Your Account
One account per person, household, IP address and device. Registration details must be accurate and match your identity documents. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share or let another person use your account.
4. Verification, AML and KYC
Before your first withdrawal, and at any later point, we may require government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment-method ownership and proof of source of funds. We operate closed-loop payments: withdrawals return to the method used to deposit. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned to source.
We are required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and may freeze an account while an investigation is carried out.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposits, minimum withdrawals and processing times are published on the payments page and form part of these terms. JAYA9 charges no transaction fee; your payment provider may. Maximum withdrawal is BDT 500,000 per transaction and BDT 2,000,000 per day unless your VIP tier provides otherwise.
Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts used purely to move money without genuine play may be closed and the funds returned to source.
6. Bonuses
Each promotion carries its own terms, published alongside it. Unless stated otherwise: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount; slots contribute 100%, live casino 10% and sportsbook 0%; the maximum bet while a bonus is active is BDT 200 per spin or hand; bonuses expire 14 days after credit; and requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and winnings derived from it.
We may withdraw a promotion, or a player’s access to promotions, where we identify bonus abuse — including duplicate accounts, coordinated low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering without exposure, and stake patterns inconsistent with genuine play.
7. Betting Rules
A bet is accepted only once confirmed on screen and visible in your bet history. We may void bets placed at an obviously incorrect price, after an event has begun where it is not an in-play market, or where a technical fault produced the price. Maximum payout per bet slip is BDT 5,000,000.
Sports settlement follows official competition results. Cricket matches abandoned without an official result void the match-winner market and stakes are returned; DLS results stand.
8. Errors and Malfunction
All bets and payouts are void in the event of a game malfunction, a system fault or a manifest pricing error. Where funds have been credited in error you agree to return them, and we may deduct the amount from your balance.
9. Dormant Accounts
An account with no login for 12 consecutive months is treated as dormant and may attract an administrative fee of BDT 200 per month, up to the remaining balance. We will email you before any fee is applied, and a single login resets the clock.
10. Responsible Gaming
Deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off and self-exclusion are available in account settings. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its term expires. We may also close or restrict an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe play is causing harm.
11. Intellectual Property
The JAYA9 name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or licensed to us. Game content belongs to the studios that produced it. You may not copy, scrape, frame or redistribute any part of the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for losses arising from your own breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Complaints
Raise a complaint through support. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 5 working days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our licensing authority’s alternative dispute resolution provider.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes are notified by email or on-site notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JAYA9 is licensed, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
